A 2 hour discussion with a consultant that includes an orientation to the rental market  with an overview of Berkeley or your area and proven successful approaches to looking for housing, plus useful addresses and information on services. Cost is $250.
 
Find Me a Place to Live
Our most popular service includes 3 days of rental housing help.  Our consultant will spend about 3 hours a day for 3 days searching, viewing and applying for housing together with you.  Cost is $750.  
 
Take Care of Everything
The Deluxe service includes our consultant working with you one on one for as long as necessary to get you started on your new life.  We will connect you with housing , bank accounts, drivers license, cell phone, social security and other services.  Cost is $1600.
 
Individualized Services
Airport pick up; set up service for your new home; establish cell phone, internet or cable service; buy or rent a car or bike; obtain Drivers License, aid in enrolling in classes; find a school for children; locate furniture and household items, etc.
