A 2 hour discussion with a consultant that includes an orientation to the rental market  with an overview of Berkeley or your area and proven successful approaches to looking for housing, plus useful addresses and information on services. Cost is $250
 
Find Me a Place to Live
Our most popular service includes 3 days of rental housing help.  Our consultant will spend about 3 hours a day for 3 days searching, viewing and applying for housing together with you.  Cost is $750.  You may also arrange to hire a consultant to work with you as long as necessary to get you moved in and settled
 
Tennis Competition Kit
Just drop it in your tennis bag and go.  This useful kit collects all the items you need for serious play but forgot or didn't have time to buy.  How often have you been on court and needed: First Aid Kit, Cold Wrap, Advil, Ace Bandage, Gu Energy Gel, Health Snack Bar and Sunblock.  Give yourself the advantage and be prepared to win.
